Liz has helped me put together meal plans that I can prep on a Sunday and it will last me all week. The best part is the directions are so easy to follow! Using simple ingredients and fresh herbs is a game changer! I now have plenty of meals that Liz put together for me and my family, especially for days when we need a change but don’t want to spend hours in the kitchen.
