I started working with Liz because I was frustrated with weight gain and confused on where to begin. I needed a bit of accountability to stay on track. She helped me set realistic goals, make better food choices and build healthier meals so that I could maximize my overall health. I now prioritize my sleep. I make time to sit down for my meals. I feel great about my progress. I live life solo and to the fullest as well as own my own business, so I need energy!
