I started working with Liz because I was struggling with health issues that were making it difficult to figure out where to start. What should I be eating? What workouts would help to regulate my numbers and aid in losing some of the weight? She helped me to create manageable habits that I could stick to which helped me see a path to the goals that I wanted to accomplish. She has helped me see that changing a lot of little things can be more beneficial than trying to take on large goals all at once. I’m happy to say that I have lost weight and improved my blood panel numbers and can see a path forward!
